This weekend I worked with recording artist Rick Jensen. Rick lives in Arlington, SD and drives up to the Twin Cities to record with C-Sharp Productions. This past weekend we finished up writing 2 new songs and cut vocals on them. I think they turned out really cool. Rick has a nice tone and smooth voice. He sounds good recorded.
The two songs that we worked on are called “Back to the Basics,” and “These Eyes.” ‘Basics’ is a Contemporary Christian song.

”These Eyes” is a love song about all the things that can be felt when you look into someone’s eyes. It reminds me of James Taylor.

Songs written by Chad Sharp and Rick Jensen. Recorded at C-Sharp Productions, Minneapolis, MN.
Rick and I will be back in the studio in the next month or so. We are working on his full CD that will be released in 2008. He is also going to be booking gigs for a tour. —- CHAD
